Introduction of the System of Coefficients of Corporate Activity (CCA)

Dear partners!

In order to continue moving ahead successfully we must reward the partners who continue giving profound inputs into creation and promotion of the messenger.

We have the legal capability to realize this notion due to splitting preferred shares to classes by introducing a Coefficient of Corporate Activity (CCA), which will be counted based on the volume of investment or active work of partners. Therefore, the profit after the sale of the messenger will be distributed between all the partners in accordance to their coefficients of activity.

Please familiarize yourself with the detailed breakdown of this system.

Introduction of a Basic Coefficient of Corporate Activity

All partners will receive basic coefficients of corporate activity (CCA) as of June 30th of 2018, which depend on the package of shares that a partner owns. The coefficient is given based on the highest package owned (depicted in the main business account), in case a partner has several business accounts or he/she owns several packages as of the stated date. The system will be depicted in the partner’s Business Centers in the nearest time.

Basic coefficients of corporate activity:

  • CCA = 0,25 — owners of Go packages.
  • CCA = 0,5 — owners of Biz packages.
  • CCA = 0,75 — owners of Premium packages.
  • CCA = 1 — owners of Invest packages (from Invest-1 and above).

Increasing the Coefficient of Corporate Activity

Partners can increase their CCA to CCA = 5 starting July 1 of 2018. All packages of shares purchased after July 1 of 2018 increase a partner’s CCA.

Ways for increasing the CCA:

  • Increasing the volume of personal investment.
  • Increasing the turnover of personal partners (personal turnover).
  • Simultaneous increase of the volume of personal investment and the turnover of personal partners.

CCA increases when the following conditions are met:

  • In order to transfer from CCA = 0,25 to CCA = 0,5, a partner must purchase 2 Go packages or generate the turnover from personal partners worth €270.
  • In order to transfer from CCA = 0,5 to CCA = 0,75, a partner must purchase 2 Biz (or 6 Go packages) or generate the turnover from personal partners worth 810.
  • In order to transfer from CCA = 0,75 to CCA = 1, a partner must purchase 2 Premium packages (or a combination of packages) or generate the turnover from personal partners worth 2430.
  • In order to transfer from CCA = 1 to CCA = 2, a partner must purchase an Invest package or generate the turnover from personal partners worth 3240 — in case an Invest package is purchased at once, or €3645 — in case an Invest package is purchased in a combination of other packages.
  • In order to transfer from CCA = 2 to CCA = 3, a partner must purchase an Invest package or generate the turnover from personal partners worth 3240in case an Invest package is purchased at once, or €3645 — in case an Invest package is purchased in a combination of other packages.
  • In order to transfer from CCA = 3 to CCA = 4, a partner must purchase an Invest package or generate the turnover from personal partners worth 3240 in case an Invest package is purchased at once, or €3645 — in case an Invest package is purchased in a combination of other packages.
  • In order to transfer from CCA = 4 to CCA = 5, a partner must purchase an Invest package or generate the turnover from personal partners worth 3240 — in case an Invest package is purchased at once, or €3645 — in case an Invest package is purchased in a combination of other packages.
  • CCA is increased automatically when a partner increases his or her status, only if that particular CCA level was not achieved previously due to the turnover of personal partners. For instance, when transferring form the Go status to the Biz status, the CCA increases from 0,25 to 0,5 and so on.

Please note:

  1. CCA can be increased in stages by gradually increasing the coefficient, or through a step/steps, obtaining the desired coefficient at once.
  2. Purchases made by a partner and the turnover generated by his/her personal partners are combined to increase the CCA (required turnover can consist of Go, Biz, Premium, Invest and their combination — 1 Biz package substitutes 3 Go packages, 1 Premium package substitutes 3 Biz packages or 9 Go packages and so on).
  3. A purchase of a package by a personal partner increases CCA of both the partner and the sponsor.
  4. Turnovers of all personal partners, both existing and recent, who made purchases after 07.01.18 are accounted for.
  5. CCA increases by 1 with a purchase of each consecutive Invest package, which extends up to CCA = 5, as it is the maximum coefficient available.
  6. CCA also increases when a partner transfers to a new status, only if the particular CCA step was not attained previously due to the turnover generated by personal partners. For example, if a partner had a Biz status on 06.30.2018, but had another Biz package owned, then with a purchase of a second Biz package the partner’s status changes to Premium automatically, while the CCA increases from 0,5 to 0,75.
  7. Accounting of packages/statuses/turnovers for implementation of the system of principles described above is applied solely for CCA calculations. Bonuses, points and rewards remain unchanged.
  8. Personal status (Basic, Intermediate, Professional, Invest) is increased only with personal purchases in accordance to the conditions of the marketing.

Examples:

  • A partner has CCA = 0,25 and owns 2 Go packages on 06.30.18. A personal purchase of a Go package or the turnover generated by his/her personal partners for this amount increase his CCA to 0,5 and so on.
  • A partner has CCA = 0,25. A personal purchase of an Invest package or the turnover generated by his/her personal partners for this amount increase his CCA to 1 right away.
